This list was probably the easiest so far.
5. Trey Vickers - Las Vegas
I really don't like his .334 OBP, but he has hit 53 HRs this year and slugged .589, all while playing decent defense (but 60 games at SS is probably pushing it). His 95 power and 75/64 splits are his meal ticket. Will be a free agent this offseason and should get big bucks.
4. Ben Herndon - Minnesota
If allowed to develop properly, Herndon probably could have been a SS. But he wasn't, so now he's just a good third basemen. His 90 power, 89 contact, and 89/61 L/R ratings are really blackened by his 37 eye. But so far his power has made up for his inability to get on base.
3. Adam Ott - Burlington
Ott has great contact and splits, but only a 49 eye and 66 power. His numbers have dipped a little this season but he is a career 307/371/508 hitter and should rebound next year.
2. Joseph Chen - Jacksonville
At 22, Chen is still young enough that he will probably play SS in the future. But right now the Fodder are happy to let him tear it up at third. Currently rated 81/79/88/70/61 offensively and a stud with the glove, Chen doesn't put up the best offensive numbers (only OPSing .885 this year) but is easily among the top 3 third basemen in the world.
1. Jumbo Limon - Ottawa
When you look at Limon's ratings it's easy to assume that he is a monster with the bat, and while he is very, very good, you can't help but be a little disappointed with the sub .400 OBP and 21 HRs. Incredibly high standards? Yes, but his offensive ratings are 81/74/81/73/85. He's number one by a hair over Chen.
Honorable Mention:
Roosevelt Hernandez - San Francisco
